The Flat Top trailer boasts a fully engineered, compliant mono-beam chassis that runs the entire length of the tray, providing exceptional flexibility and durability on rough terrains. Its innovative design features a custom-made system with a revolutionary 150mm high plate webbing welded to RHS top and bottom, dramatically enhancing strength by resisting lateral twisting and torsional bending, making it a robust and adaptable platform ideal for demanding conditions. The 2150mm long draw-bar, constructed from 100 x 50 x 5mm steel and welded to the chassis, extends 1580mm from the front to the hitch and is supported by a 5mm vertical 350-grade steel with a 6m horizontal T-gusset, ensuring maximum load capacity without fracture or failure. Despite its strength, the trailer remains lightweight, providing a competitive edge in durability, performance, and efficiency compared to other Australian trailers.
